Coronavirus forces Auditor-General to suspend collection of Assets and Liabilities Forms

The Workplace of the Auditor-Common has suspended the gathering of the Belongings and Liabilities Declaration Types in a bid to curb the unfold of coronavirus.

The Workplace stated its regrets any inconvenience the suspension would trigger to its stakeholders and officeholders.

An announcement signed and issued by Ama Awotwe-Bosumafi, Assistant Director of the Public Relations Unit, stated it could resume the process as quickly because the state of affairs is normalised.

“We advise all public workplace holders within the interim to make sure that all types of their possession are accomplished in accordance with Article 286 of the 1992 Structure and the Public Workplace Holders Declaration of Belongings and Disqualification Act 1998, (Act 550),” it stated.

It added that the Service shall announce to the general public sooner or later when the finished types may be submitted and people but to select their types can accomplish that.
