GYMS, swimming pools and leisure centres have opened their doors this morning after being closed for four months due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Brits will notice some drastic changes when they get back to their gyms.
Water fountains will not be in use and will be replaced by hand sanitiser.
People will also be expected to wipe down machines and equipment after use, so it is safe for the next person’s workout.
Gym goers are also advised to arrive ready in workout clothes, to avoid people gathering in changing rooms.
Meanwhile, Boris Johnson has admitted the Government could have handled the coronavirus outbreak “differently”, and said there were gaps in the understanding about the deadly virus during the early stages.
But the Prime Minister denied his cabinet had been too slow going into lockdown, arguing he “stuck like glue” to the advice of experts.
Speaking to BBC News, Mr Johnson said: “Maybe there were things we could have done differently, and of course there will be time to understand what exactly we could have done, or done differently.”
It comes as the latest coronavirus death toll in the UK stands at 45,738.
